Collinson Wealth New Zealand Investment Fund (Sub-Fund 2)
An acceptable managed fund under the Active Investor Plus visa program, approved by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) with an AIP weighting of 2x.
Investors will meet the AIP required investment by investing NZ$7.5m into Collinson Wealth New Zealand Investment Fund (Sub-Fund 2).
Sub-Fund 2: Growth Business Loans is an investment vehicle that makes loans to growth-oriented NZ businesses. The sub-fund targets companies in the expansion phase that have already established reliable revenue streams, but have the potential to significantly increase these revenue streams with capital investment.

Transfer your nominated funds into NZ after the application is approved in principle by Immigration New Zealand
The funds must be transferred into acceptable holding investments (including via a foreign exchange company or money transfer business) directly to New Zealand in 6 month.
The Collinson Cash Fund is an acceptable holding investment that provides flexibility and targets investment returns better than bank rates.
Noting that additional funds cannot be transferred for the purposes of the visa during the 48-month ‘investment period’ has started.
